I hope everyone is enjoying spring! We have had a long, cold winter here in Utah so we took the opportunity to take a little vacation 8 1/2 hours south to Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

What a fun spot to be especially when it was snowing in Utah. My husbands Grandparents lived here and he spent his childhood enjoying the beautiful lake and warm weather.

Our dogs were comfortable at home with our dog sitters who stayed at our home to care and watch over them around the clock. I am so thankful to have such wonderful support and help from our dog sitters, the Wallace family. They love our dogs and they have Marshall which is such a heartwarming success story.

We missed our dogs and puppies so much and We were able to enjoy watching them on the webcams which brought lots of comfort and entertainment.

We also really enjoyed going 18 miles away on Route 66 to Oatman, Arizona. This is a living Ghost town where donkeys come down from the mountains each day and walk through the town. We had the opportunity to feed them and get to know them. We loved the gift shops, old Hotel, watching the old west gun show, and the “mostly” friendly donkeys.
